ERROR Codes:
these are the codes we know so far...

Numbered Codes:
(these are all based on various posts here in the forum, let me know if these are incorrect)
67: Hard Drive Error... It could be a problem with the Hard Drive itself or a problem with the internal connection to the hard drive, Try removing the hard drive and playing without it

74: AV cable error... There is a problem with the AV cable, try using a different AV cable.

LED Codes:
(these are all based on various posts here in the forum, let me know if these are incorrect)
Sections 1, 2, 3, and 4 are Red and Flashing - The AV cable is unplugged... plug it back in.

Sections 1, 3, and 4 are Red and Flashing - This is a General Hardware Error, typically caused by the Hard Drive, Try removing and re-attaching your hard drive, else try removing your hard drive all together

Sections 3, and 4 are Flashing Red - Console over heating, shut it off and let it cool down, ensure there is plenty of air flow.

Section 4 is Red and Flashing - General Error, see error code on screen

I didn't know if this had been mentioned but I got an error. If the 360 is vertical it is lights on the left and the bottom right that blink. Then if you hold the controller connect button ( the small round one) and then tap the eject button you get the next part of the error code (mine was all four, which is a zero), next was 1 and then 1 again followed by another zero (all four blinking) So my error code was 0110. I tried to pry as much info from tech support but they could only tell me that it was a hardware failure and that it had to be replaced. They offered me the possiblility of a free game but I doubt it. I wonder how many codes there is for the xbox? I did find out the tech center I called though was in Texas.

P.S. - Even though the hard drive on my Xbox is not the problem (It still doesn't boot when the HD is disconnected) they still want me to send in my HD with the Xbox so they can "Sync the Data with my xbox". I have a feeling that is bull and that I will lose all of my hard earned gaming. I would back it up but My Box won't boot and no store around me will let me use there boxes. Too bad I'm the only kid I know to have gotten one near my town.
