Title: Usb Hardrive

I am not computer illiterate when it comes to this stuff but I definately don't know everything.  So with that out of the way, my question is: is it possible to hook an external USB hardrive to the 360 so that I could access my music library as well as maybe some movies???  I have used my mp3 player and that works good.  I was just wondering if anyone has tried an external USB Hardrive and if they have, what kind??  Thanks if you can provide me with anything.

no vids on usb hdd.
