Xbox 360's Recalled ?

Team Xecuter say they were just chatting to a manager freind of theirs at Best Buy and guess what he told them ? That they have just had a call from head office to take all 360's off the shelf as they have a glitch and that all shipments have been suspended until Februray 2006 ?

Dude please stop posting this he said she said crap. untill  we hear it directly from  M$ there isnt any recall.I have my system and so far it runs like a champ without any problems .

John Porcaro, group manager for public relations on the Xbox team at MS, clarifies some recent rumors and gossip surrounding various aspects on the Xbox 360 on his unofficial blog.

Recall Rumors are 100% False: The nastiest RUMOR that’s making the rounds is that MS is going to do some sort of a recall of the Xbox 360. Several forum threads I’ve seen are talking about folks going into retailers, only to be told that there will be no more units coming because of a MS recall. NOT TRUE! If you're told this by a retailer, let me know.

But anyways, Major Nelson confirmed there will be no recall.
