Found the following answer on www.xbox.com:

"Q. Can you tell gamers more about the wireless capabilities of the console and peripherals?

A. Xbox 360 connects automatically with up to four Xbox 360 Wireless Controllers, with an impressive range of up to 30 feet. Multiple consoles and upwards of 20 controllers won't interfere with each other—gamers can organize LAN parties with ease."

So I just hope nothing has changed since this Q/A.

29 days 12 hours and a couple of minutes left... (Sweden)

I personnally don't like wireless controller because I hate thinking about charging batteries over and over. And at the amount of time I play a week, it won't take long until the rechargeables batteries dies. Go wired controllers!!!!
