Title: Sis On Xbox 360
Post by: pmrush on August 03, 2005, 01:19:00 PM
Is any body else worried about sis developing chips for the 360,

After all the junk they turn out for the pc,

i`ve built loads of pc`s and sis chipsets always are the worst for speed/reliability.

Should we be worried or am i jumping the gun.

P.

Makes sense though doesn't it, MS are getting the cheapest manufacturers for their console. Don't get me wrong it's not a bad thing but as a business its the only way to make money. I've had my xbox with a thompson drive for nearly 2 years now and it hasnt gone wrong on me but how i wished MS kept the samsung drive and i wouldnt have had the hassle of buy cd-rw's to put my music in my xbox. but back on topic i cant see employing sis having any negative effects for the end consumer
