....The kits must have something Samsung in it, probably the dvd-drive since they haven't confirmed hd-dvd as standard,
yet.
Bill could grace us with 4 different drives again, yes to encourage me to rip the console apart
*sigh* love ya bill
i'm thinking it's which batch of samsung ram was put on the mobo for testing purposes
Well it could be DVD, could be HD, it could refer to the RAM... who knows what the samsung means.
A person made a comment some where, the type of DVD drive in dev-kits doesn't need to be the same kind as the one in the final version. M$ is writing the code to access the DVD(Or HD) drive, and as such changes can be made.
I could prolly look at a certain one I have access to , but I wont test my luck opening anything... yet
I knew the 360 would use samsungs if they used a thompson the graphics on the game will give thompsons a VERY hard time.... I would see a philips on a 360 but I like samsung cuase it's better.
Much what are you babbling on about? You are comparing the games based on the drives that were in the Xbox 1.
Those companies have had time to perfect their technologies.
lol, not Thompson
their quality control is just not ready for mass production drives. those original ones before MS talked to them, they only had a couple hundred. MS liked it and just walked buy and said "hey can you make a million by next year?" so they tried, but many died.
