They wont , they will look the same , if you want better graphs buy an X360 game.

It will allow for better aax and stuff, but they won't beefen up the textures and stuff like that.
That's not true, they have been doing texture repacking for the zelda n64 games.
I don't see why they can't add some new hi-res textures etc.
Because they aren't making any exclusive releases thus far. It's not like they are releasing a Halo 1: 360 se version. It's just going to be able to play on the xbox 360, but take advantage of new resolutions and filtering.
We all think Halo2 looked great. Settled. But sometimes, like during cutscenes, it would frag and skip a little and you coud see through somes extures. I would like to see this remedied.
This also occurred in some games during gameplay. I would be happy if this was fixed.
I do expect at least a slight graphical upgrade, though.
Well as you should know, if a game is able to play on xbox360, it will no doubt take advantage of the extra ram and processing power, but will NOT have new shaded textures and cooler looking player models and such. It will run smoother and look crisper. That's all.
You won't get smoother looking Car models with more polys because this isn't what is programmed. Its like playing Super Mario 64 on your pc. It looks smoother because of better resolutions, a bit of antialiasing, and smoother loading times and gameplay framerates, but mario will not have more polys on him nor will the castle or the environmets, it will still be the same Mario 64, jsut smoother and crisper.
They aren't remaking any games thus far, so you can put money on the fact that xbox1 games will just look crisper and run smoother on the xbox360.
I'm thinking you won't see anything over what the title originally did on xbox. From a marketing perspective doing any more doesn't make much sense. You need to offer BC to give casual players a warm and fuzzy feelign that all their old games aren't going to be useless (when really in fact 95% of them are), but you also want them to go out and buy the new games. One way to drive that is to have the new games look much, much better than the titles they are replacing. Otherwise, you runthe risk of having people not buying, say, PD0 because they are involved in beating Halo and Halo 2 again on the 360 to enjoy all the 720p/1080i upgrades.
So I'm thinking BC is just straight emulation of how it worked before, no frills and no thrills.

in all honesty i care more about how many games they get emulated rather then how much better they look....
.....on major nelsons new blog he talks about playing halo 2 on 360 and how it was exactly the same, but he also said they have some tweaking to do still so who knows
afaik there will be no upgrades that occur automagically.... most games are HEAVILY tuned and sensitive to their resolution and thus they would require scaling and a much higher level in the code than simply altering the size of the frame buffer.
this doesn't mean that no one will offer high res versions of their games.. it just means it won't be automagic or free for that matter... possibly one of those "micro-transactions"

I'm gonna sell all my Xbox games... Holy shit? Its June 15? Isn't GTA:SA out yet? for Xbox ?
Who cares that game blows. imo of course.
I like Grand Theft Auto..........
So do I, but the franchise has taken a big dip. Vice city is still the best imo. San andreas is just so fucking boring.
