There's a list of the 6 or 7 that aren't XGD3, Halo Reach\COD\NFS Hot Pursuit etc...
But pointless a list of recent games as virtually all are.
You can check abgx.net as that has a comprehensive....I spose you could call it list come to think of it
It's not in pretty table format and lists all releases, have a look should give you what you need though.

And then unless I'm mistaken, you can add all XGD3 titles to that list.

I know this post is quite old, but if anyone is looking for the missing xgd3 games list go to abgx360.net click verified 1st search box select wave then in 2nd game search box type xgd3 gives list of verified games not every single release but its a start.
