Title: Removing Ap2.5 From Game?

I currently have a banned xbox and I lost the key for my dvd-drive.  I have a LITEON 7485 with 1.1 firmware currently on it.  Instead of doing the MRA method of getting the key I was wondering if there was anyway I could modify the game to remove ap2.5 and get the game to boot on 1.1 firmware?
