How do I rip a backup? I want to play an old backup but I don´t know if it is good to go online. I ran abgx and had this...what does it means?

It looks like your drive is having a problem reading the disc. You could try to rip the disc to .iso and then read it through abgx. However if the disc is that old/bad you might not even be able to get that far.
I'd rerip the original.
