easy.
You need to extract the contents of the second dvd, in your case the GOD container. Look for the 4 large files, named something like 4D538084D0CCFxxx and put them into the 0000002 folder.

GOD filenames are randomly generated, no way of knowing which is which by looking at the file name afaik.

le fluffie should be able extract the contents.

open the 44k file.
click load data and select the .data folder (note deviation)
click extract data and save as a new file
open new file (entering noted deviation)
browse about, find the files, right click, extract.

when i open the 44k file i get "invalid stfs format"....
