I would trust my own data. Ripping the games is for offline play anyway, so it doesn't really matter to me. I still use the Kreon drive in the PC. Since I don't try to play a back up game on LIVE, I don't use ABGX.
Other posts I have read have confirmed, use your own data. Not trying to knock anyone's program, but how do you know that someone hasn't uploaded a bad copy and you are then using their bad data?
