Yeah, I bought a dvd writer (some cheapass samsung sub-brand) and when using imgburn, it just works fine. No coasters at all anymore. But that's not my point. I want to be able to do this stuff on a 2k costing machine.
It's just annoying that apple doesn't care about the drives they put in apparantly.
Oh well, guess I'll have to live with it. Burning wii games via mac is working fine, yay.

Well if you still have warranty on it or applecare, take it in and tell 'em that it's making coasters when trying to burn dual layers dvd's... Hopefully they'll replace the drive...
