Title: Benq 0800 Information Needed
Post by: rulevoid on February 04, 2010, 08:23:00 AM
I have a "brand new" BenQ dvd-drive from an xbox 360.  I want to flash it so i can use it in my computer to rip original disks.  To do this, do i just flash the old 0800 firmware on it and then it should be recognized and usable for dumping in windows or are there more steps?  Thanks!

EDIT:  Found my answer apparently it will work perfectly.  Now i just need to find a power cord adapter to make it a clean install in my computer.  Anyone know where to find one of those?  (without the price of a CK)  Thanks.

I only have a small window to get this done.  Does anyone know if 0800 will work?  Thanks!!
