I saw 25 Verbatim DLs for £19.99 instead of £30 something so I bought them expecting them to be better than nomal cheap ones I use.. and ever since I got them, I just can't get them to work!
I get errors like this:

My drive is a Pioneer 112D with latest firmware 1.28. I dont have this problem with any other media :S
and Im trying to burn at 8X, ive even tried slower speeds. Im on XP Sp3 too.
