Title: Schtrom Slowed Down To A Crawl :(

Just tried XBC and got the same poor results anyone any thoughts. There was nothing that could have led to this as far as hardware or system changes?

I had seen in another thread someone had set the drive to cable select and had the drive connected at the end of the ide cable. That did the trick for me as well.
