Well yes you need to use a xbox 360 drive to rip the games, Or a Kreon drive.
Basicly you need to have 0800 firmware or support for it to work. Eather get the dedicated 0800 firmware which you wont be able to play games with or get the latest iXtream which supports 0800 mode.
with the iXtream you will need to boot your drive with half open tray to enable 0800 mode. To do this
with computer and xbox off plug in sata from computer to xbox drive.
Turn xbox on and eject the tray, (make sure you have video cable plugged in so it doesnt turn off after a few sec)
Once tray is ejected push eject button again but pull the power cord out of the back of the dvd drive before it gets all the way in. Then manually adjust the tray to half way open and plug the dvd power back in being careful not to get it upside down.
Push the eject button again and it should open right up, then once again so it closes.
Now power on your computer (sata cable should still be in)
It may take a bit longer for windows to boot with the xbox drive attach. (you need to keep the xbox running the whole time to power the drive or you could get a CK3 lite and use that to power it)
Once windows is booted fire up the latest version of XBC (2.9)
And its pritty stright forword from there.
And about stealth. Every thing ripped now days is stealthed other wise the firmware refuses to boot it.
Basicly all it means is the backup has the proper responses that MS checks disks for.
