Title: Are Verbs Rw?
Post by: jesterrace777 on July 19, 2008, 03:23:00 PM
Is it a DVD+ or DVD- disc?  The DVD+ format discs all have the RW stamped on them (something to do with the format patent) so they could be either +R, +RW, D/L DVD+R.  Unless it specifically says DVD+RW or DVD-RW all together then you are out of luck.

THeir the DVD+R DL, and they have the RW logo, that count for anything?

D V D + R

Digital
Video
Disc
+ - type of media standard
Recordable

Dual
Layer

Note that it stands for recordable, not rerecordable. if they were, then it would look something like DVD+RW DL....now if only such disks existed......

They all have the little RW symbol on them, but they aren't RW discs, I thought the same thing...kinda weird.
