I'm not sure if this is a double post.....or if double posting is against the rules.....
anyway moments after I made that post I have fixed the problem
Apparently my dual layer DVD's werent being recognized as such in my pioneer 112
does anyone have any ideads why this is?
I fixed it by simply rebooting my system
no more coasters!
and when I buy 20 Verbatim DVD+R DL for $100 that means alot

So you've wasted 8 discs totalling 40 dollars, and all that it needed was a reboot?  blink.gif
That is one expensive reboot mate....  tongue.gif

Anyway, I get 100 +R DL for 100 euro's
Not verbatims, but they work perfectly....

I in New Zealand so its NZD
1 NZD = 1.7 USD
or 2.6 GPB roughly
still expensive yes
but I didn't know at the time
now I know I am relieved I know how to avoid any more coasters

I think you have your conversion backwards:
1.00 NZD = ~0.728784 USD

Which is still expensive as you pointed out.

$3.64 USD or 1.84 GBP per disc sad.gif
