Title: Problems Backingup Spiderman 3?

Is anyone else having trouble making a backup of Spiderman 3 for their Xbox360?  Im using  xboxbackupcreator 2.3.    I get unable to determine the current visible partition.  I was able to do the whole security sector,PFI sector, DMI sector thingy.  But it just will not let me backup?

its deffinately not my disc, and the drives worked fine in another pc. ive got a kreon .81 and some sony dual layer
