IT sometimes do that when you are trying to use wxripper and the layout file is not good (were you trying to use it on a backup).
Any consideration of downloading material is against the rules which you obviously have not read after I warned you last time (and told you to read them) on your first post.
The simple fact that you are weighing the value of wxripper against downloading is of much concerns!!!
