I have a samsung flashed with xtreme 5.2a. To do backups, I connect my 360 samsung to my SATA card and boot into Windows. I'm getting an error saying "unable to determine the current visible partition" when trying to backup Gears of War using XBC v2.3. I thought it was because I had other dvd related apps like Nero, dvd shrink etc. installed. However, after uninstalling those and restarting the pc, it still didn't work. Please advice.

Thanks sosotiit. Yes, this is my first back up. I tried Schtrom v3.0 and it also gave an error saying unable to read disk or disk was not a 360 disc. I will try v3.1 tonight. I will also try the isobuster/dvdinfopro method as well if Schtrom doesn't work.
My question is what's the deciding factor here? Why do XBC works for some but doesn't for others? I probably have one of the most common setup: Samsung ms28 flashed with Xtreme 5.2a, VIA VT6421A, Pioneer 111D burner, Windows XP.

..only in step 2 change the FF 08 01 01 for FF 08 01 11 01 as per image below..
Why does this need to be changed? What does it do? Thanks.
