i just flash firmware and backed up my 1st try of some games madden and gears of war
now here whats i have done -
i used ricoh dvd +rl to burn with .
i burned both games and madden is working fine .
now on gears of war i can get to the start screen and then i get a disc read error and goes back to the menu
.
the weird thing is that i rented dead rising the day i bought my xbox,before i did any mods to firmware and it did the exact same thing got to the start screen and then said disc read error so i took it back to blockbuster and told them the game was bad and they gave me another .
is it possible that i have a bad dvd unit in my 360 ? how would i replace the dvd unit ?
or should i just try a different medium ?
how do you know when its a bad burn or rip are there any pictures to let you know ?
