hey everybody,
well, I finally got a backup to at least load up tonight. I made a back up of call of duty 3. I went to about 5 stores today looking for some verbatim dvd+r dl discs, with no luck..
i tried some memorex and some cheap office depot brand instead.
the only one I could get to load was the office depot brand , but it will play all of the intro movie but when I try to start a new game it shows the first 5 seconds of the game and then a window pops out on the right side of the screen and immediately pops back and i get kicked to the 360 dash. I"m assuming that's the dirty disc error, but it happens so fast I don't see anything.
a friend of mine found me some verbatims and I just went and picked them up and am burning the cod3 to one of those now.
could it just be the dvd's? I hope that is what it is and the verbatims will work fine. it's at 44%
