Title: Imgburn Layerbreak Issue ?
Post by: Textbook on September 06, 2006, 09:54:00 PM
I have ripped Forza Motorsport for Xbox 1 using what would be the same as the WxRipper method.  I tried burning twice in CloneCD and it says "Failed" at the end, right at 100%.  So now I'm trying IMGBurn and after setting the layerbreak and hitting burn, I get this message:

IPB Image

This is only happening with this backup.  Anybody know why?

if you noticed, somewhere in the beginning of the log file, it read as 13.7 Mb on my E drive.  after that, i select unlock drive and it read 6.54 Gb.  my xbc selection was - 1) use sector mapping, 2) whatever you see xbox1, select it, 3) i used SPTI.

i did a stealth check and it came out good.  hope this helps......

hi dom03, the layer break for xbox1 is 1913776, what you used was for xbox360.  so this may be one of the settings that was not right.

anyway, i side track a little, i again backup my Fable - The Lost Chapters using the same setting i used for Forza and it was successful.  i attached the log file below for evaluation :

no problem bro.  just one more thing dom03, i hope you upgraded your 360 console to play xbox1 original n backup game discs.  if you have not, go to here and download the default.iso and burn it with nero/clonecd/imgburn to a cd-rw.  then insert it into your 360 console and it will auto upgrade your console.  just for info only.....  smile.gif

i am not sure if that 'fall' update includes this backwards compatibility but you can confirm by inserting an xbox1 original game disc and if it boots up, then you are good.  if not, just do the backwards compatibility upgrade.  actually, i did not go on xbox live ever since i modded my console, thats my opinion only.  cheers!
