Uh, we talking a regular XBOX or an XBOX 360 here?  Either way the burner should work fine provided you stick to quality media.  The 108 does have the option to autoset the booktype to DVD-ROM for you on D/L DVD+R which is a nice feature as it helps out greatly with compatibility.

Be sure to use Verbatim D/L DVD+R to ensure the best compatibility.
