So, i fallow the step to create a game dump, and i've burn it on verbatim dvd at 2.4 x. When i put it in my xbox 360, it says to play this disc, put it in a xbox 360 console. But, originals dvds still works.
Do i have to re-flash my drive after each backup i make, or it's another problem ??

More then likely your firmware flash is fine, its the backup method that is in the !README! file that is wrong. For more information on backing up your drives to work on your hitachi follow the link below. Please comment in the thread with successful tries, or problems.
