Title: Problem With Backed Up Game (doesnt Work)

Ok, ive backed up a couple of my games and they all work fine im now backing up over g fighters but when i insert the backed up game in my drive it says "insert a game, dvd or cd". does anyone know why its doing this as all my other backups are fine.
