i would follow what the tutorial says... i used casino.. prolly pick it up for like 8 bucks somewhere, over 8 gigs.

Listen, I had a data disc that was suppose to be 8.3GB (i burned it myself and double checked) and when it got done, I put it in my drive I used for ripping and it only said 7.92GB and I use that all the time and it works great. Don't worry about the size as long as it's at least 7.5GB. I have heard on the tutorials you need at least 7.5GB, so if you got that, your set.
