I have tried both my pioneer a09 drives, although i am told that these are AUTO bitset to DVD-ROM by default i tried various firmwares, everytime i i burn its ok with no errors at all but not one disc is recognisable to the xbox.

did u use verbatim dvd+r 2,4?
