Sometimes some of my backups that normally read fine will have issues at other times. Try the hard drive triack or HDTV trick and see if the game will load. Reflashing again won't fix your problem. If it reads one backup then it's not a problem with the flash.

it´s really wierd it would play it normally before the blackout
