Connect your xbox by vga to a different monitor/tv. If it works, go into the xbox's seettings and change the resolution to 1024x768. And set it to widescreen 16:9 or 4:3 depending on whether your main tv/monitor is widescreen or 4:3 . Then turn xbox off, connect it back to your main TV and see if vga now works. If it doesn't work, connect it back to ur other tv/monitor and try a lower resolution

wow i feel dumb now. lol. Thanks. That was too easy. My cousin said my vgu craped out and had to get it reballed. thanks for the save.
