Title: My 360 Won't Sync (at All)

Hey guys. i got a 360 here open and well it won't do anything when you press the 360 SYNC button on it.. i have 2 perfectly working RF boards..n when plugged in they both do the same! if i plug the controller in with the play and charge kit it connects! but i can't connect it wirelessly at all! any suggestions? thanks!
