I found that sometimes tightening/loosening the screws on the gpu heatsink helps sometimes.... if not try heatgun youtube has tutorials

You said you cleaned it. Did you reapply too much or too little AS5 when you were done?

Trinca's right. Be careful when you're heatgunning your motherboard. Better to err a little on the side of caution. You'll feel really stupid if you bust a cap trying to reflow things.

...Just take that as DIY experience from this guy. sleep.gif

I say dump the washer - they may be a bit too thick and the heat sink not sitting right. What I did was tightened the screws with my fingers, then gave then a slight twist with the screwdriver - not too tight.
