Hey

I think your harddrive is crashed or infected by a virus or something like that. I hope you have garantie so you can let it be fixed. Maybe you can also try to download the driver or program from the xbox360 site and install it with a usb stick.

That's the stupidest, most full of shit reply I've ever seen. Your scaler is going bad (is bad), or there could possibly be a bad BGA (if it's an HDMI system) connection under it. If it's under warranty, send it in.
