Title: How Do I Change From Digital Output To Analog Output?

It isn't trying to output digital audio (you wouldn't get any sound at all if it was, since digital is only transferred over HDMI or TOSlink), it's just part of the system menu so you can set your options for if you use digital output. You should be able to change the audio to mono in your game's options, if they support it.
