also i don't know if this helps but i just tried to fix it again and i found out that if i take off the heatsink and reaply the putty it works again. (though for how long i do not know)

buying a heat gun really is worth it. If you follow some tutorials on the forums you will be just fine. Just dont hold the heat in one place for too long. i've heard of heatgunning the area between the hana/ana and the gpu on the BACK of the motherboard for a minute or so on high. give it a try. heatgun is usually a last resort and that seems like what you are looking at

Heatgunning is a decent cheap fix - if you really want a good fix, talk to a few of the gents in the buy/sell area that do solder reflows... they may be able to better fix your problem.
