Title: Help No Picture

hello.

my xbox has no picture comming out of it. its not the cables i have two sets. its not my t.v. i have two xboxs and one works and this one doesnt. when the broken box boots up the middle light blinks. on my working one the light is constant. after the lights blink for a second it does the whole quadrant one two three four thing just like my working xbox. then the light just blinks. it will sit there and blink forever with no picture. i dont know what error code it has because there is no picture. i have done the xclamp mod because i heard it helps for no picture but it hasnt. please help!

have you added artic thermal?
to the chips?
