Title: Usb Tv Tuner?

I saw a USB TV tuner on Amazon:

Would this work if you plugged it into an Xbox 360? Has anyone found a way to get the Xbox 360 to record TV? It seems like this would be an obvious accessory for Microsoft to manufacture and integrate into their Media blade yet there doesn't seem to be anything out there.
