or you can start the console with a controller with no disc in the drive, and hold 'Y' and the right trigger. it will reset display settings back to normal

or boot up the console, and press right 3-4 times, then keep on pressing A

What kind of TV is it? Is the component input for YPrPb?

its a westinghouse with the right component component set up, im just thinking something is whack with the tv since my wii is fine through component and the 360 works on other stuff
