Then just use the component cables, since they'll give you a better picture anyway. It could just be that the cable is loose - try another TV.

Yeah I know component is better, but this unit isn’t for me. I just want to fix it and then sell it. I’m going to get less for it if I can't fix the black and white issue. I tried it on different TVs and I tried different cables. No Luck So Far.
