maybe you could give a little more detail as to what defines "shaking"

also does this happen when you connect your 360 to different displays?

Monster cables are crap BTW.

if it works better with other stuff power off then it's definitely a grounding and interference issue.

you might want to invest in a power conditioner.

and as for monster I'm not saying overrated I'm saying crap. I'd take a madcatz over a monster if you gave me the choice of either for free.. I've had so many noise and quality issues with them it's not even funny.
