Title: 360 Elite Hd Component Cable

are you not using hdmi because your tv doesnt have hdmi? because that would be the best way to hook it up. otherwise, its probably something to do w/ ur component cabe (the switch). just use your old one w/ the elite, it's no different.

no HDMI on this tv
the old cable is for an original xbox not xbox360 so no it won't work

so you think i got a defective cable?

if the switch is on hdtv i would say a bad cable .. but could be a bad 360.. this is a tough guess..

Most likely a bad cable. See if you have a friend that could loan you one for a minute to check it out. Or just take the dang thing back and get a whole new one (if they have any left).
