Title: 2nd Xbox360 Messing Up Again!

GPU thermal is probably garbage.  Take off the sinks, replace the thermal with AS5, cover the sink, and it should be good.

Actually that IS what I think is wrong, but try upping your fans to 12V and see if you get a positive result.  This wont solve the thermal compound issue, but it will give you a clue as to whats up.  



DO NOT turn your 360 on, then off, then back on if your having this stuff.

Did you try running your 360 in a cooler area? If you think it should be getting cool enough, take it back to the guy (I'm sure if you word it just right, he will understand)
