When i try to set this on my Digimate 37" LCD TV, i get "Invalid Mode" and a black screen.
My LCD TV works great with 1920 x 1024 resolution through VGA on my computer.
Any other people experiencing this problem?
There is a thread on another forum about this problem, i thought i might start one here aswell.

I'm not quite sure why you stated otherwise.
I can have windows in 1920 x 1080 resolution over VGA.
I can also play any game in 1920 x 1080.

• 1080i/720P/576P/480P Compatible
Seems like it won't do 1080 progressive...which is odd for a 1920x1080 native panel. Always look up your tv on AVS.com before you buy.

All 1080p is, is 1920x1080 @ 60Hz. If you set your pc to output 19120x1080 @ 60Hz that is the exact same thing as 1080p. There is nothing special about it.

Yes, I know about this as I used that res on a pc myself. But, obviouslly his monitor will not accept 1080p. I would be very pissed off If I brung that thing home, and couldn't get 1080p.

I believe you are a little confused on the subject. No, his monitor cannot accept 1080p over component, and that is what it is referring to when it states the other progressive and interlace resolutions (component only). His monitor does accept 1080p via VGA. Just ask him to try a 1080p video feed from his pc to his monitor via vga, and i bet you that it will work. The problem is how the 360 send out 1080p, and not his monitors accepting vga 1080p.
