Yes you can use it.  Just get a two RCA to one stereo jack converter, and plug the 360 audio cable into your pc that way.

The official VGA cable comes with one of those adapters.

it only works for 2.1 speakers. the front speakers wont work. also for this kinda setup u require a 3.5mm female coupler because most speakers have a 3.5mm male output.
