Title: Anyone Know Why I Have A Scrolling Blue Bar On The Tv?
Post by: Heet on July 02, 2006, 07:02:00 PM
Ground loop?  Im gonna go experiment tonight but just wondered if any of you AV geeks knew  smile.gif

thanks for any suggestion.

Figured I'd come back and post what I've tried so far.

-Doesnt do it on buddies tv (used my psu and 360 but not my cables)
-I plugged the psu into the wall, and the tv into a seperate outlet (no change)
-tried different component video inputs
-moved the 360 about 15 feet away from the tv, psu also
-xbox (original) doesn't have this problem
-Does this with all games although dont notice it in the dash (maybe because its not dark enough)
-TV is a 30" HD CRT MONITOR

I was having a similar problem, and it was because of my RF cable.  Does your friend use a RF splitter?  Here is the thread about it.
