V(ertical)-Sync is not enabled on xbox 360 , therefor light tearing may occur..
and on dvds, it wouldn't show, because it doesn't apply to that.. think about it as your pc..
if you video card sucks, you get mad tearage, but if its good, you can enable v-sync and clear them up.
Anyways, thats what it is.. no fix
