Anyone? Please answer if you at least use the optical connection with the window media center extender.

How's it wired?  It sounds like you've got the 360's output plugged into the optical input of the PC/media center.  Where does the sound go after that (what speakers is the PC plugged into?)

What resolution is the x-fi input sampling at?
