Title: Screen Corrupting Once In A While

for a split second? or does it stay corrupted?

no its only for split seconds like when your watching DIGITAL TV and you get bad reception you get that small glitch... it seems to be doing that. games still perfectly playable just once in a while theres the problem.

When I am in-game, and I press the dashboard button, when the tab is coming onto the screen, it glitches for a split second, and does the same as it goes off.

Is this what you're experiancing?

Does anyone else's 360 do this?

no mine does it when i am doing nothing... was reading my manual and also did this while I was doing initial setup. middle of the screen turns like as if your getting low signal (just like digital tv on a bad weather)

MS is authorising a replacement. I need to take it to where I purchased from and they are going to give me a new console.

From your info, I would assume that it's your xbox.

1.  The xbox 1 never did it
2.  The TV works fine on everything else

Hey, this is how it all started on mine (I'm pretty sure I know what you are talking about)  It did the weird glitchy thing for a week or so and then my Box crapped out (see Altim NEQ's picture)  and for the record this was immediately after the March update  <------   probably means nothing

MS had no problems taking it back and they even extended my warranty.

It almost seems like a small black line appears through the screen and then fades away right?

That's what it does on my Samsung DLP.  It's been driving me crazy.
